ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER
MTC Media are currently looking to recruit an SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) / Online Marketing Manager to join the Online Marketing Team. You will join our existing team of marketeers working on the marketing and promotion of our clients web sites. The role involves writing and editing website content to improve search engine rankings, working with online forums and social media web sites. If you have a strong passion for the online marketplace, and an understanding of the major search engines as well as being a keen user of online forums and social media web sites such as Facebook and Twitter these are beneficial. Any experience of PPC (Pay per Click) marketing through Google Adwords or similar systems is also beneficial.

Salary: 18 - 25k


WEB DESIGNER
MTC Media are currently looking to recruit a number of experienced web designers. You will join our existing team of developers and work on a diverse range of web sites each with differing client needs. All candidates should supply example work, with a design portfolio of existing web sites being beneficial. Desirable skills would include; hand-coding HTML and CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks.

Salary: 18 - 25k


PHP PROGRAMMER/DEVELOPER
MTC Media are currently looking to recruit a number of PHP programmers / developers. You will join our existing team of developers and work on a vast array of PHP / MySQL driven web sites. A portfolio of existing work completed is beneficial.

Salary: 18 - 25k

Senior Position looking after day to day operations at a fast growing, world leading games company.

Responsibilities include:-
• Day to day smooth operation of the business (currently we have 18 people in Dundee, but expect at least 25 by the end of the year)
• Prepare daily/monthly management accounts
• Manager contractual relationships with multiple, international suppliers

Qualifications/Experience
• Recognised accounting qualification
• Methodical and enterprising, but flexible and adaptive personality
• Experience using Sage
• Knowledge of day to day HR requirements including recruitment, contracts, performance appraisal, etc
• Experience in a software/technology company very desirable

- Extensive experience and knowledge of 3ds max is essential.
- A strong portfolio is required, with examples of low polygon and medieval / fantasy style art.
- Experience creating artwork for RPG and MMO games is a plus.
- A love of MMO games and experience playing a variety of MMO games is also desirable.

The MMO game designer role is based around creating new game mechanics including items, stats, skills, quests, enemies, crafting, pvp, and many other types of game mechanics, whilst ensuring game balance and fun is maintained. This role comes with freedom to contribute to all aspects of the game as it evolves and improves over time.

- Experience designing RPG and MMO game mechanics is essential, with examples of previous game designs required.
- A love of MMO games and extensive playing history of numerous MMO games is essential.
- Any experience with freemium game mechanics is a plus.
- Commercial MMO or RPG design experience is advantageous.
